Should I Travel for Treatment?

Often times, being in active addiction means that the people you hang out with in Cincinnati, and the things you do are centered around drug use. This can make getting treatment in your hometown very difficult.

Treatment is not a cure it takes work to stay in recovery, and while it does get easier, at first it's going to be tough. During your moments of weakness, your friends may influence you to continue abusing drugs. This is why you should consider traveling for treatment. Getting out of that environment can be one of the best things you can do while you're early in your recovery.

Since most insurances pay for some form of treatment, consider looking into traveling for rehabilitation to create distance between you and the toxic environment to ensure a life long recovery.
