I was admitted into the hospital and within a week, I could see that the night staff were especially rude. They yell at the patients, most of the staff don't treat us as mentally ill but rather savages, the amount of boredom in the day room could also psychologically damage a child. The food was good but when I was given medication to help me sleep, the night staff would yell when I was late to get up.

Robert B. needs to be fired from the lodge for insubordination. He is not educated enough for the job. He treats people like they are beneath him. I am very unsatisfied with this program and their lodge employees. This is not the end someone is going to answer for my pain and being disrespected and embarrassed and humiliated with the police being called on me in front of which is supposed to be private property and a safe haven. I was not safe and I was bullied by Robert B. and women that stayed at the lodge as well. I am going to hire a lawyer to make sure this never happens to a person seeking help again. Ralph M. I hope you read this and take me seriously. Robert B. effected my sobriety. I do not recommend this program if you are looking for real help.

Worst place I have ever been, I was doing an IOP group and the “therapist” I was assigned, Glenda is completely unprofessional. She would have her favorites in the group and when anyone else would talk she would roll her eyes and sarcastically say okay and then continue to harshly say rude and inappropriate things. She actually had the nerve to say I’m just a student so what do I have to be stressed about. Maybe if she did her job and maybe was a real therapist she would read my chart and see what is going on. I left group everyday feeling worse and became more depressed. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place
