I’m inquiring about services for my sister. She is an alcoholic with substance abuse issues. She’s currently in custody of Walworth county jail. She has been remanded in custody twice now during her house arrest, and is now serving the remainder of her sentence inside. I am trying to locate resources for her to get clean and sober for her benefit when she is released sometime in July.
