This place is absolutely awful. After being passed around to four different people for appointments to make appointments, the time I was supposed to meet with the "recovery coach" (who is apparently supposed to be the one that is helpful), she not only walked by me for half an hour, she then talked to some random woman in the waiting area discussing how she needed to make an appointment and then proceeded to take her back to her office. After I had been waiting for 45 minutes. This "recovery coach"'s name is Rachel and not only do I feel worse after going to this place, I feel angry. Go to a private practice if you want someone who actually cares about you.

Every person I've met at the center has been kind and gracious to me and other clients I've seen. These are good people doing good work.

do not go near them, find another provider AND this bunch should NOT have a monopoly or infer that have a monopoly on being evaluators, and service providers, etc. I hope and pray someone can challenge them in a court of law on THIS-.DO NOT GO NEAR THEM. They are totally mismanaged, quick turnover of staff, waste funding on and on. how many times are they going to move their outpatient, allegedly open access mental health facility ? shouldn't THAT MONEY be better spent on the consumers and maintaining staff ? why are people waiting months for services ? no money ? yeah..
