Very rude, mean, unprofessional, uncaring employees. I called to seek help for depression related to MS. Kaitlyn immediately overreacted and transferred me to Julia. (I am still a marathon runner, I do everything on my own, I have never had any emergencies related to my disease). Julia then informs me they don't have emergency personnel to help me in case of an emergency. I told her I've never had an emergency related to my disease and I never indicated that to Kaitlyn. Julia then goes on to say that she knows people with MS have bladder problems. I told her I don't have those issues, I can walk independently, drive, etc. I then speak to Jeff Kassis, who was extremely rude to me, yelling at me, stating he can't give me a reason why I can't do therapy, I'm a liability, etc. I feel discriminated against just because I told them I have MS. I feel attacked by these 3 people who all jumped to conclusions about me. Just because someone has MS, doesn't mean they can't do anything. I am appalled at how these employees treat clients, how I was accused of having health problems that I don't have, and it is disturbing that clients seeking help for emotional and psychological problems are treated so rudely.
