Angry Mom

If I could not give any stars I would. That is how bad my experience was with these people. They are supposed to be a crisis center to help people and it took them almost 3 days to call me back to make an appointment after we were needing help sooner than 3 days later. We ended up going to our doctor to get the help we needed and this has now ended up in a mandatory hospital stay. This is a THANKS FOR LITERALLY FOR NOTHING. I do not recommend even trying to work with these people. The initial counselor that we spoke with didn't even have the patience to set up a follow up appointment and this was almost 3 weeks ago. You all need to get your heads out of where they are because people need help and you are not doing your job. Like I said THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!! A MOM WHO CAN'T COUNT ON YOU!!!
