But there are citizens in West Valley City who suffer from the diseases of drug addiction and alcoholism. These substance abuse problems overtake people on a daily basis. Ruining lives and relationships all too regularly, these terrible diseases can contribute to the death of the user at any given moment.

The sad part is many people who suffer from these illnesses do not come forward to get the help they need because they feel scared, confused, alone and helpless. They do not ask those around them for help because those people do not understand why they can’t “just stop.” It is hard to enroll into rehab because a lot of addicts and alcoholics think that their addiction is past the point of help.

If you are struggling with an addiction, we want you to know that there is help. No addiction is too strong to scare us away from helping you. Help is available. Do not feel like a criminal and do not feel you are in this alone. Give us a call at (866) 578-7471 . When you call us, we will have someone help you pick a rehab center that is right for all of your needs.

There are a lot of options out there when it comes to rehab, so we will help you get enrolled into a program that will help you learn how to cope with your addiction. Just remember that there is no “cure” for addiction, you will always have temptations to turn back to drugs and alcohol but in rehab you will learn the skills and knowledge you need to learn how to deny using harmful substances moving forward in life.

Can’t I Just Wait Out My Addiction?

Unless you get yourself clean, your addiction will not leave you alone until you are dead. It does not matter your age, background or severity of your addiction there are only three ways it will end: rehab, prison or death. You can get clean with professional help, you can get clean while locked away in prison through means of cold turkey or you can die. Those are the only realistic endings as of right now. Going to rehab seems like the most logical, right? Please call us now.

Returning to your 'normal life' may be difficult after treatment. Being around the people you used to get drunk or high with may cause the cravings to stifle your sobriety. Getting involved in the sober community could ease that stress and fortify your will in times of need. It is highly recommended to attend meetings regularly and find someone who will sponsor you. When stressful moments do occur and you are struggling with your sobriety, that strong support system will guide you through those difficult times in your life. So find an AA or NA meeting in your area today.
