Even though I agree with the philosophy of Dr. Colin Ross, I think & have experienced the Ross Institute to be completely ineffective. Actually, it made my mother's condition worse. My mother was worse off afterwards. There is no healing of trauma that happens here. It is not safe enough. There is too much lull time where they don't do anything, the therapists are ineffective & judgmental, the nurses don't care, the anger mgmt is a joke, very cold, medical environment & there is not enough intensive treatment. All the staff are young, inexperienced & unskillful. The first redflag is that they allowed an intern to do an intake assessment for my mother. Should have just had walked out then.It also costs an arm & a leg: $2100/mo. Total waste of $. Trauma can really only be treated with intensive body-centered therapy 2-3 times a day at around 1.5-3.0 hours sessions. Do not enter into UBH or the Trauma unit. It simply Sucks

Hello, This is Nick Mirani & I was at UBH for 1 Month, under Mr.Gary B Whatts, (940)382-1120 for Phychology & other treatment & I was given 30 mg.of Cymboblta in the morning & 10 mg.Zypreexa in the evening & according to Dr. Gary B. Whatts those 2 Medicine were so necessary for me that if I don't take it voluentary than I will be given by Injection. I left the Hospital on August 5th & it is almost a week & the Prescription is still not given to Walgreen Store on University Dr. across from CVS store. So what's going on about the Medicine which I was suppose to get everyday ? Please look into it & also so look into the #Criminal group control by Gary Nandwani & his African Blacks in Memphis has anything to do with it for my Murder ?

Horribly run, disgusting and evil facility. Before being admitted, I was LOCKED in a room against my will. The environment was to tense and chilling I decided I wanted to leave before my evaluation, but the monster of an unlicensed intern would not let me leave. Staff is rude and will ignore you for hours. I have been suffering PTSD from this experience, and I strongly encourage anyone considering UBH Denton to never step foot in this corrupt, disgrace of a hospital.
