I find this location to be pretty good! I have been going to group therapy here and it has been very beneficial for my mental health. It can take a while to find the right therapist, group, company, etc and it can vary as each therapist may use different approaches. Research what approach(es) might be best for you! All companies have their imperfections.... and policies about if you can see other behavioral health practices (non-UCFS).... which also might depend on insurance. I personally am not a fan of such policies even though I can understand the concept, hence 4 stars. But overall this place is a solid go-to! Compassionate therapists and understanding staff, very clean and relaxing building! They offer a variety of groups covering many areas- more than the average place and are very informative and knowledgeable.
