Passive aggressive, "MN ICE", cold, and abrasive case management.Case manager Jen Lohr, and her manager Janet Westlund, put on a great show initially. However, I did not gain anything from this place whatsoever. Jen Lohr lacks the competence to be helpful, or provide solutions. She is not confident, or professional whatsoever. Janet Westland swoops in and takes over when any negative feedback is expressed, and is extremely defensive, condescending, and RUDE.The client is not a priority whatsoever, and if you're unhappy with their lack of compassion, and being treated like a second class citizen, Janet Westland will not hesitate to bark the "deal with it, or go somewhere else" approach at you. Was not given referrals, or other options.How are these people employed in the mental health field??? Someone from upper management needs to step in, and re-train or clean house.DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
