I have been trying since the beginning of December 2022 to get a bed. I have been calling every day and today February 3rd. Come find out that I was taken off the list two weeks ago for missing a doctor's appointment. The intake coordinators' removal from list in December for missing an appointment. Appointment that I missed was in January and then the individual said that I didn't return phone calls I called back every phone call they called within one or two hours except for one which I returned first thing the next day. And when I asked to speak to his manager I got somebody else in the office not his manager.
