Worse place besides anmc across the street. I've been breaking out for months and the staff here have nothing to say but...we don't pay for referrals. So it's a vicious circle til u are either 6 feet under or just give up n hope it's nothing serious. I can go on and on. I had doctors refuse to see what was wrong with my abdomen...after being butchered in surgery...forcing providers to do an exploratory surgery found adhesions that were bad. I fought to have my hysterectomy. This place is an embarrassment. So I cancelled my insurance...ic don't want this place gtg insurance payments on my behalf for the lack of compassion and care. Horrible place.

I stopped in at radiology at PCC after being told this department doesn't close til 6:30 by 1 person and 7 from another. I came in after work at 5:50, standing around for 7 minutes and a young dumb kid rushes to the front desk only to tell me he just logged off, try again tomorrow. Considering all the grants this foundation receives, you'd think their patients would receive better treatment.

SCF offices are closed for random stupid staff parties so often that it is nearly impossible to get patient records transferred to real clinics. You get what you pay for and SCF is stuck on acting like they're free, even after pushing so many Native people to get insurance and/or Medicaid. What a shame.

So their emails get 'hacked' (probably something dumb like no forced strong passwords) and they send letters out to apologize and give '12 months of credit monitoring' for FREEEEE.... Wow thanks a TON, now when someone buys my child's identity in a year for $1 on the black market and she racks up half a million in bad credit I can tell her 'it's okay, they gave us 12 months of free credit monitoring'... WTF, this hospital needs to get fined by the State/Feds for such gross negligence, losing people's birth certificates/social security numbers/pictures/medical history/identification numbers/the whole shibang... Such terrible negligence...

Behavioral Health Services have been a life changer for me. I have had several providers over the years and (with the exception of one) I received excellent care. As with Family Medicine, if I didn't click with a provider I tried different ones until I was comfortable. I was recently diagnosed with PTSD and my counselor is helping me navigate my way to self healing. She is patient, kind, and loving and provides a safe place for me to work things out. I also love the Wellness Center. The exercise and healthy living classes are a godsend. I did not enjoy working out until I started going to Zumba and now regularly attend other classes too. SCF has been a blessing for me!
