I'm adding a start to my review since the finally had the courtesy to write off the balance I allegedly owed for the intensive outpatient program. I am still upset I had to deal with this for so long. Also, for the love of god, please start giving your inpatients who are non-smokers separate outdoor time from the smokers.

I loveed my experience at rock Springs! The staff is super friendly they were always there for you whatever you needed they seriously acted like they cared which is so rare to find in these kind of places I feel like. The facility was super clean it was so nice that you were able to go outside at least four times a day to just enjoy the fresh air in a small courtyard there's a basketball hoop and that literally makes such a difference. The courses were good I feel like those could probably have been a little bit more productive some of them but most of them were really good. The psychiatrist is absolutely amazing I am sad he can't be my psychiatrist outside of rock Springs. The interview process and getting us in there was a little bit lengthy but again once you get in it was a really good experience overall the biggest complaint I had was the food was definitely not up to par. But honestly if that's the biggest complaint like to me that's not a big deal it's definitely manageable and if you're there to get help to sober up or for trauma whatever your situation is this place is definitely the place to go to. I've been to a few different facilities and this one is definitely my favorite so thank you Rocksprings for helping me out and getting me the help I needed
