My doctor and case worker are very pleasant and I'm at easy with them. I've never had to wait longer than 30 minutes like any other doctors office. I've always been pleased. They are not rude to me. Then again I come prepared to wait.

My son has ADHD and the Psychologists and other Doctors here are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They ask lots of questions and let you ask a lot as well without getting frustrated and don't try to cut you off so they can get done quickly for a paycheck. The waiting room is fairly sized and clean with loads of kids books and a toy they also have a candy machine for kids at 25 cents a pop. The doctors here know I do not want to go the medicine route with my boy so they are helping in every way possible to avoid that, and truly seem like they care and want to help which I like and the last thing I will add is they answer phones pretty quickly which I like.

Horrible, horrible place. Some of the worst doctors I've ever been to, incompetent at best and sometimes outright rude (I once explained to one that I needed help with anxiety, the doctor just told me I needed to "deal with it" and refused to give any help, then just laughed at me when I became aggitated). The case managers seem ok but none of them seem to stay there longer than a couple of months, so you have to keep explaining and re-explaining what's going on to people you can never actually build trust with. Completely unhelpful, half the times I've gone there I end up leaving in tears. Healthcare in this country is a joke, mental healthcare doubly so, and Pecan Valley MHMR is the worst of the worst.
