Ockert, a pioneer in the treatment of protracted abstinence syndrome and detoxification, the Parallax Center incorporates psychopharmacology, and psychosocial, cognitive and behavioral therapies. We treat not only the chemical dependency but also psychological and medical problems as well. In fact, our name Parallax came from the idea that an object will appear differently when viewed from various perspectives.
