The place is staffed by graduates straight out of college. Also by people who are in their own early recovery from drug addiction. The Director thinks she can do whatever she likes and doesn't have to answer to anyone. Not even the state. She will be investigated for insurance fraud for charging people's insurance for services they dont even perform. I am especially looking forward to this.
