I only rate this facility one star for the therpist 'Dee-Dee' in the adult ward. She was completely negligent and had a way of making person who just attempted sucide less then 24hrs ago, worse. She was aggressive and called herself an 'unorthodox' therapist. She became defensive when I stated she was uneducated in ketimine treatments, which in fact she was not educated on. She printed me off papers of nasal spray. I never received nasal spray ketimine. I recieved ketimine infusion (a new wave treatment which lead me to try to commit suicide) she didn't hear me fully and only could focus on the fact I said she wasn't educated in the treatment. Something this facility does not offer and many nurses said they had never even heard of. She also stated to me 'I get, what I put in' which as a therapist in a adult ward of suicidal patients is insanity. Treat your patients with respect, even if they lack it for themselves or you. Please do better with the therpist you have dealing with extremely vulnerable patients.
