I am currently working with this facility with my son. I would definitely recommend it up to this point in time. I will keep this up to date. We have been there almost a week now and they have all been amazing with my son. I was very worried and frantic about leaving him somewhere but they have been outstanding with keeping me informed on what is going on each and every day. And i love the fact that i can call 24/7 to get updates on him. If my feelings change so will this review! Thanks for reading and I hope this helps.

I was a patient here a year ago. I was in the adolescents unit. In all honesty there could’ve been better ways some nurses could’ve treated us. Some of the nurses honestly made me feel worse and weren’t much help for my mental health. One big problem was invasion of privacy. I remember they gave us journals to keep for ourselves and one day when we were in our class the nurses went in our rooms and looked through our journals. None of us appreciated it. Big issue for me was that they didn’t respect that I was transgender. They didn’t use my preferred pronouns or name. They said they HAD to use my legal name even though the counselors used my preferred pronouns and name. The counselors were amazing, the nurses not so much

This place is extremely transphopic and does not care about your well being. I was a resident of this facility for one month in 2016. And the thought of this place still traumatizes me. They did not respect me and as soon as my insecurence ran out they simply realsed me.
