Human Development Center (HDC) provides Substance abuse treatment in Outpatient settings. Adult women, Clients referred from the court/judicial system are supported at Human Development Center (HDC). Medicaid, Medicare, Private health insurance, Military insurance (e.g., TRICARE), Cash or self-payment, Sliding fee scale (fee is based on income and other factors), Payment assistance (check with facility for details) are accepted by Human Development Center (HDC); payment assistance is Sliding fee scale (fee is based on income and other factors), Payment assistance (check with facility for details).
