Never go to this HCRS. You’ll regret it from day one.

Transfered to the HCRS provider area from Washington County. There I received quality and compassionate care. At HCRS I have had a disastrous experience from the very beginning. At my intake appointment over a month ago I was blamed for being half an hour late, when in reality I was right on time, and as a result I would be unable to complete the intake process and would have to return. After a month of waiting and repeated phone calls I finally found out that my treatment options had been reduced to practically nothing. In Washington County I had a team behind me and now I have nothing but the crumbs they were able to toss my way. I am now left to find my own private resources which I have no idea how I'm going to be able to afford.

I believe health care is about empathy and care. They run this place only as a business. Potential employees and clients beware.

This place may seem terrible in the midst of depression or other sorts of episodes. It certainly did for me. However they really HELPED me. Which is way more than I can say for any other place I've been, and I saw this clear as day once my mood stabilized. I've made so much progress, and I can thank HCRS for most of it. My life is better than ever since I started going 4 years ago. These are the people that CARE.
