Freedom Rehab

Freedom Rehab is a Fargo, North Dakota-based outpatient center. We provide two levels of substance abuse treatment programs & one level of DUI services. We exclusively serve adults, those on probation, veterans, and members of the community. The cost of a Chemical Dependency Assessment/Evaluation starts at $89. During assessment of substance use and co-occurring disorders, we apply the Treatment Criteria Continuum as set by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM). This is the latest set of standards for substance use disorder (SUD) treatment in the industry. When a patient completes a level of care in substance use treatment, and if not discharged, there is often a reduction in care level or transfer to another agency. We understand that depending on the clinical need, people may need to transition to higher or lower levels of treatment. We have a DUI education program, Level 1 outpatient, including relapse prevention, and a level 2.1 intensive outpatient treatment. We refer to higher levels of care when necessary. One thing we don't do: we don't keep clients for a certain amount of time. Time in treatment is progress based, and the final decision is up to the client. We extend Telehealth services for those 18+ throughout North Dakota. Our on-site and telehealth services are second to none. We don't just scrape the surface and offer coping techniques to clients.
