Avoid like the plague if possible. The three power-addicts running the show at this facility are a mercurial and duplicitously toxic dumpster-fire. Program director is a glaring and shameless hypocrite. The patients and regular employees OTOH are genuinely amazing and overall good-hearted, considering the systemic challenges they are forced to endure in the current "mental health" culture in which the dollar value on a corporate-owned bed and the psychopharmaceutical quack-racket drive the pathology-based trauma engine which keeps patients and workers alike enslaved to an entrenched system that has no hope of changing given the current socio-economic conditions. If you want to work here, just know that you should keep your head down and don't think of making any kind of challenge to the status quo - the ones in charge don't care because they don't need to: their job security at the expense of the real culture-wide change that needs to happen is ensconced just fine. Keep your thoughts to yourself and don't be too big/smart for your britches and you'll fit in well here. Reprehensible would be an understatement for everything I've now seen and heard about this corrupt corporation, and it's only my empathy for the patients and genuinely caring workers which compels me to give them two stars instead of one.
