No one ever answers the phone in the front desk and the mailbox is full. It's very frustrating because the people that work there are so nice. It's just hard to get in contact with the front desk.

They lack professionalism; I expected better service. I’ve been calling for weeks no answer, left multiple voicemails & they still have not contacted me back. I will be contacting the governor’s off because they are not fulfilling the services they “guarantee”.
