We have been waiting for an hr and a half to get immunizations for my baby! We have been passed buck people who have came in 30 mins after and 1 hour after! When asking about the issue no one has a direct answer just “could be this” ! All together this place is slow and unprofessional! Last time we will come here!

I've had good and bad experiences here. My son was in the NICU for a month and I pumped almost that whole time. Well right before he got out I was unable to continue pumping. So then he unexpectedly is released from the NICU. I call the Moore health Dept to see if I could get some help with formula. All this rude woman cared about was getting their breast pump back I had borrowed. I needed help with buying formula and she said she couldn't get me in until over a month later. I was leaving the hospital with my sick baby and she didn't care because I wasnt breast feeding anymore, so I ended up hanging up on her because I was so upset and crying. I know exactly what she looks like and will never forget this. I plan on reporting her because I'm sure I'm not the only one she has treated like that.
