I've been at Northwest for therapy a few months now, and it hasn't been the best experience I've had with a mental health facility. The service is terrible, and even when I already have an appointment to see my therapist, they make me wait for endless hours. The nurses that are in charge of their front desk are very rude and never want to help me. I don't think these people have the right attitude to provide proper attention and care for their patients.
