After waiting 1 month for an appointment, and making the 45 minute drive here realized at 9:40 we weekend going to make it at or scheduled appointment called 5 times! No one returned the call. We ended up being 15 minutes late due to a detour that did not show up on the GPS. We were told that we were late and had to wait then the staff proceeded to make comments to my already highly anxious and aggravated sister who this appointment was for. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! This is a mental health office! The mental health of my sister has been compromised due to the insensitivity of the staff at the front desk! My suggestion to this office is intense sensitivity training for ALL WHO WORK HERE!

Went to Ethos to get Diagnosed for something, they spent two sessions just to tell me they couldn't and I would need to set up an appointment with a phone number they gave me. In my second appointment the doctor didnt even read the notes from the previous appointment and had no idea what was going on. They kept trying to get me to go to their therapy even though I said I just wanted to get diagnosed for now.

I contacted Ethos to seek counseling for some issues I struggle with. I made an appointment back in Sept/Oct. Had my intake in October and met with a PA in December. They would not treat me unless I signed myself into the hospital.I did that, was prescribed meds that caused me to break out in hives all over my body twice. The hospital could not help me as I was no longer under their care. I called Ethos twice and they never returned my calls. I stopped my meds without medical supervision which you're not supposed to do.Today, 01/20/2020, 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment they call saying they need my discharge info. I signed releases for all my providers. My PCP and Drug and Alcohol received my info and this place did not? I waited months for this and still have not seen a counselor. That appointment was not until 01/30/2020. Needless to say I cancelled everything with them I'm so disgusted with the unnecessary stress they have caused me.This place is a pill farm joke! Even my PCP told me he regrets sending anyone to this place as we all have a similar story. STAY AWAY FROM ETHOS CLINIC!!!!
