This place almost killed me . They left my vomit in the floor until the day I left , didn't change my sheets when I peed on myself (because the meds pretty much paralyze you , unless you're an alcoholic and happen to enjoy having no control of your own body) NONE of the people that work here have (or claim , ateast) to have every experienced addiction . They no ability to empathize . I never saw a psychiatrist nor had a mental evaluation.. but somehow it was okay for them to give me antidepressants SEVERAL times a day . I walked out of this place with more problems than I walked in with . My blood pressure stayed severely low & I could barely breath enough to speak for myself because of the "withdrawal" meds . I was treated like a nuisance if I pushed my nurse button , but if I didn't , they wouldn't even check on me . Had I died in here I would've have been found for HOURS . I'm still having breathing issues and it should be well over with by this point . The very first dose they gave me made me so out of breathe after about 30 mins I could barely speak . They make you more miserable , not more comfortable . I'm having thoughts and feelings I've never had before .. I was happy & normal before this , outside of my physical dependantcy that wasn't actually mild and short term . I was normal . All I want is my life back . I could go on & on .. but if this isnt enough to save atleast one person from going here . Nothing will be . I don't understand all of these good reviews .. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE . I WOULDN'T WISH THIS TRAUMA ON ANYONE . DO A LITTLE EXTRA RESEARCH & FIND A DIFFERENT PLACE . ANYWHERE HAS GOT TO BE BETTER THAN THIS . I'm still in pure shock . Please take my advice .. ignore all of these demented happy reviews . Sometimes the one person standing alone is RIGHT , While the rest of the group is wrong . I'll never be the same person don't make the same mistake I did ......
