My 11 year old child has been on the waiting list since November. I was told when a spot was open they would call me. Here we are in January and still no call.. So when i do call i was told that my child was removed from the list because they attempted to call me but they didn't leave a message.. I never received a call only to find out that the person who i spoke with wrote the wrong number down. My child has been in crisis with his mental health and behavior and because of an employee's mistake my child has been removed from getting the help he needs. They said its nothing that they can do except put him back on the waiting list. Smh thanks alot
