Many different factors affect the efficiency and success of a recovery center; it's not only up to the program or their staff. But this place lacks them all! It's almost unbelievable how they don't even count on a clean and proper space. Let alone that, they don't have a prepared space or staff to receive people in need. It's outrageous.
