Make sure you do not pay anything before they bill your insurance. If you do not stay they will still try to keep your money. You do not have to pay your out of pocket expenses up front. You can wait until they bill the insurance company to know exactly what you owe them but they will pressure you into paying them and promise they will refund you. DONT BELIEVE IT.

Great people, awesome place! Our case wasn't easy at all and they were there every step of the way. The resident has to be willing to change, to make sacrifices and to accept the help, for sure. Of course you will want to leave, recovery isn't easy! They will try to make you stay, but it is totally up to you. The counselors are amazing! Vizown saved our lives!

Dr. Rojas is a loon and the therapist don’t even want to be there. Also you always feel trapped there and scared because you don’t know anyone and your out in the middle of no where

This place is not horrible; the few regular staff they have with any longevity seem to care about residents. BUT, There are having huge problems with staffing, management and billing due to a recent aquisition of Vizown being purchased by The Avenues. So, DO NOT PAY THEM UP FRONT! They are not legally allowed to demand full payment of 100% of your deductible as well as 100% of your max out of pocket BEFORE admission. Call your insurance company and ask them what to pay up front and save your self a TON OF GRIEF! We are still battling to get money back from them from April 2018!!!
