Please beware of this program. Hazel Santi will ask you for your insurance card the second she meets you regardless of your status of reason of arrival. If your looking to obtain a general assessment for what ever purpose do not go here. You will be labeled a person of need of treatment once your insurance card touches her hands. Insurance fraud is her specialty. I will be reaching out and petitioning to congress , and Oasis in regards to this program in need of participants robbing insurance companies and recommending treatment to all individuals whom step in facility with insurance. An investigation will be conducted in regards to this program actions.
