My son was discharged from our local hospital days ago and strongly urged to enter rehab. The hospital worked with me and sent all necessary medical records, etc. to FVMC that very same day. FVMC is still dragging their feet to help me get my son admitted only offering me excuses. I called repeatedly and many times left messages that go unanswered. I even stated we would be interested in "self pay" if there was an insurance issue. NO response! They have a lengthy message on their phone, while you are on hold, about how caring they are. Well that is BS!!!! I decided not to wait any longer and within 3 hours I was able to have my son admitted to another facility which, by the way, had many more positive reviews than FVMC. Don't waste your time with this place if you care about your loved ones.
