All personnel are extremely helpful and respectful, except the lady that does the blood work. She is rude and treats patients as charity cases.

Horrible customer service. You call the general line and then go through the proper prompts to get to the scheduling office and then they hear a voice that isn’t their race and immediately transfer the call without saying anything. Then the line rings and rings and no one answers. Best va clinic I have been to is in Columbus, Ga and Battle Creek, Mi. These people are garbage. No one assists you in making appointment. It is best to walk in and rattle their chain. Completely ignorant help.
