I would rate zero stars if that was an option. The manager is a registered sex offender who is currently still offending. He masks himself as a mentor and community leader and perhaps, worst of all, claims to be a pastor and manipulating vulnerable people who are transitioning in life and trying to reintegrate. Stay away!
