These residents walk right out the front door and buy drugs! They hang in the alley and wait for the dealers and there is constant traffic all day and night. This activity is negatively impacting the community as whole from loitering to littering and other at-risk activities associated with drugs. This facility is not helping black and brown people, it is tearing this community apart.
