Stepping Stones believes substance use disorder (addiction to alcohol and/or other drugs) is a treatable illness requiring abstinence from mood altering substances.Partially Funded by: Department of Human Services Logo Illinois Department of Human ServersUnited Way Logo United Way of Will County United Way Of Grundy CountyParticipation in recovery support activities such as Alcoholics Anonymous, Cocaine Anonymous, and / or Narcotics Anonymous is important for continued recovery. Family members and other concerned persons should become knowledgeable about addictions, treatment, self-help groups, recovery, and be involved in the recovery process. Furthermore, we believe that involvement in Alanon/Naranon will benefit concerned persons and their loved ones.
