The office staff is very rude and unprofessional; they don't provide an excellent service as they made you believe at first. They hardly ever answer the calls, they won't answer your questions or give you any help, all they are capable of doing is transfer you to the front desk where no one will provide you with an answer about your concerns. Just avoid this place, seriously.
