Shiloh Consulting LLC is a multidisciplinary and multicultural behavioral healthcare clinic located in New York City, certified through the New York State Office of Mental Health as an Article 31 clinic. Our mission is to provide person-centered, evidence-based care to clients with complex healthcare needs, with a specialized focus on individuals involved in diverse forms of intimate aggression.We are the only NYS OMH-certified clinic in NYC offering targeted treatment for this high-risk population, many of whom are criminal justice involved and referred at various stages of supervision, including pre-sentence, alternatives to incarceration, probation, parole, and civil management. Additional referrals come from the OMH system of care. Our goal is to reduce intimate aggression by addressing the cognitive and behavioral patterns that contribute to harmful actions, while supporting reintegration into the community and establishing realistic safety plans.At Shiloh Consulting, we recognize the stigma often attached to this client population. To combat this, we engage in ongoing outreach, training, and networking with community groups, referral sources, and supervising agencies to promote education, awareness, and trust. Our therapeutic approach addresses the whole person by improving psychological functioning, enhancing physical health, and working toward vocational goals, trauma recovery, and healthier relationships.We employ a wide range of evidence-based treatment modalities, including mindfulness practices, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and psycho-educational modules that build essential life skills. By coordinating care with courts, probation and parole officers, and other community-based resources, Shiloh Consulting provides the structure, support, and tools necessary for long-term positive change and community safety.
