Considering Second Spring for a loved one? Don't bother. We TRIED to look into them but after two days of repeated calls to their administrators AND head nurse without a single return call (and missing work hoping to visit their facility), we chose to look elsewhere. If a facility doesn't bother to return calls with someone WANTING to give them business, how will they handle them once they have their money?? I even asked that to them on a voicemail since they were NEVER available... but of course, I didn't get a call back so I guess I won't get an answer. Neither will you.
