Bad service over the phone. They put you on hold and leave you there for minutes then they hangup the phone and never return to your call. Please fix this issue

I recently finished a 3 month program there, if you wana get the best out of the place make sure your counselor is either Kirsten or Karla. They really help out and care. Cheryl means business and on point as well.
