Doesn't answer phones when they're supposed to be open and even if you leave a call back number they still won't call you back. Been having problems with there online book that has no direction on where you need to start the book from. The pdf file for the online course has a contest page but it on page 47 out of 98 . So I recommend you go in person if need questions answered because they don't like answering the phone
