Adopting through Koinonia Family Services was life-changing. Their staff treated us with kindness and respect, ensuring that both our needs and the child’s needs were met. They go above and beyond to place children in safe, loving homes, and we are forever grateful for the family we have today.

Working with Koinonia’s Adoption Corporate office was a very positive experience. The team provided clear guidance, timely updates, and emotional support during what can be an overwhelming process. I would have liked a little more post-adoption follow-up, but overall, they made the journey much easier.
