Great staff , except for those who run the Prescription line :( Standard operating procedure is, a) Leave a message, b) Call the Operator in day or so to find out if it has been filled because they NEVER call back to advise you of the status. Been going on for years.... Would it kill ya to pick up the phone and say "Hi Your scripts ready"
