The house manager (David), Is a liar/ predator, that takes advantage of people at their weakest moments. Especially women. He pretends to own the house but is just the manager.

Dave Anthony is a worthless scum sucking, Money hungry piece of garbage.

David takes advantage of newly sober women. Not a good guy at all.

Hands down the worst person I have met in recovery. David and his associates are fickle, weak predators.

This place is a scam..two over dose deaths at the men's house, hidden cameras in the women's house.... David is an absolute crook. 1000 bucks a month plus dress and expenses and no responsible house manager. Do not stay here when there are many places that are friendlier, nicer, and more honest for cheaper that actually care about your sobriety. David refers to recovering alcoholics as junkies if that tells you anything.

Man, where to begin? Relapsing is okay there. He leeches off family’s of struggling addicts. Charges 2 times more than Oxford house for half a bedroom. Pretends to have a sponsor. Ask to meet his sponsor. Ask him what step he’s on.

Very poor environment for recovery. Owner brings home homeless women and takes advantage of them. Even let one or two use drugs in the house. Does not kick all folks out after relapse.
