This is THE clinic to go to in NYC if you want to receive the best therapy, psychiatry, housing services, and case management. Everyone is so nice and you always feel special here. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to receive psychotherapeutic services in Manhattan.

I really don't know what is going on with this place. The staff who run this place are sicker in the head than the individuals coming here. They are callous and cruel. Refusing to give me my antidepressants that I have been taking for ten years. I am a recent college graduate with a degree in psychology, so I am not stupid about mental health care by any means. They want to treat everyone like they are some sort of low life drug addicts. What they are doing is beyond sick to deny someone health care. I saw the psychiatrist four times and she was getting paid for doing nothing. The staff including the supervisor seems to think they know nothing about medication, but they are social workers with degrees and trained. If you work at a mental health clinic, you should have knowledge of disorders and psychotropic meds. Can't wait until this place gets remodeled or staff changes. I am not the only person they are doing this too. Another client told me they have refused to treat him as well. With all the mental health care problems being talked about regularly on a daily basis in this country and De Blasio promising millions to fix the system, this clinic's methods are a total abomination to humanity. I warn anyone seeking serious therapy to look elsewhere as the people who are staffed here are stubborn crackpots. They have no business working in the health care field which is supposed to be helping people. Absolutely clueless!

I was really happy with the therapy I received here from Dr Awilda Castro; my overall experience with her and the clinic was exceptional considering I did not have great health insurance. I really felt like they were very considerate and keen to help. My course with Dr Castro was by far the most rewarding psychotherapy I have received and I would most certainly recommend her or the clinic to anyone seeking help.

This is the clinic I go to for psychiatric and therapeutic treatment. The receptionists are very friendly and the environment is clam and relaxing. There also is foster care in this clinic, however, I don't know too much about that. The psychiatrists are professionals and know what they are doing. The psychotherapists are very sweet and kind. This is the clinic you look forward in going to.
