Brookdale Hospital Medical Center

If I could give this a lower rating I would most horrible healthcare in the NY just like any other hospital you'll find you can be here at 8pm and not leave till 3am in the morning, horrible service and hospitality as well while retail workers actually do their jobs nurses and doctors here just sit around on their asses all day and talk they lips off without caring for patients and leaving them to die because they usually on the other side of a glass while patients out fending for themselves without them being attentive to their patients making you wonder why they got a doctorate degree in the first place if they didn't want to help people get better, probably for the pay and to keep on bullying people like they did in the entirety of their school career -xoxo the American Healthcare system

This hospital is forcing employees to return to work after testing positive for COVID19, they've failed to provide the proper PPE to there employees after they contracted the virus from there location, now it's not been 2 weeks after testing positive and there threatening them to return to work or lose there jobs. This is by far the worst experience this place can provide, it's a shame who's running the operations at this location, every CEO and executives should be fired due to putting lives at risk and not caring about no one but there pockets.

I never had a problem with brookdale every time I go here I receive really good service. I had both my kids here and the doctors always treat us well, really professional. My son came here for his asthma attack and they gave him steroids and asthma treatment plus and X-ray they made sure they checked him out really well plus montired him until he felt better.
