I was a regular patient here for several years, driving 85 miles for my annual wellness checkups. Then last year, they kept me waiting in the little room for over an hour and then asked me a bunch of questions about my medical history like it was the first time I had been there and they didn't know me. I am a retired RN and I do have some knowledge of how things should go. I received a very limited exam, but the bill was very high. The worst thing is ,a week later they sent me a notice that my Pap test was normal, and she never even did a Pap test. So maybe they send that out to everyone, regardless. Needless to say, they have lost me as a patient.
