3 hours worth of unnecessary "paperwork" designed to provide these people far too much access to your personal information than they need to provide "counseling services". The "paperwork" and process is designed to reduce thier workload, allow a hunt through your credit for any possible monies, and to "share" (sell) your information as well ... read the fine print, if your not completely exhausted and twisted in knots. Then comes the counselor. You will not get one right away and may have to wait as long as a month. This "counselor" is not really educated to provide you more than your pastor, priest, or local church support group could provide. Finally, when you are done, you will see all that time wasted, your personal information exposed/shared/sold at level you could never imagine and there will not be one thing you can do about it.

This place has helped me not once but twice in my life. It is very clear to me that it’s not about the insurance money or personal gain here. They’ve got out of their way to help me thrive and grow and find happiness within myself and in the tough times life brings. I will forever be grateful for this place, they helped shape me into who I am. Special thanks to the two people who aren’t there anymore, Lisa Carson and Cyndi Buel, for helping me and supporting me when I didn’t have anyone else to lean on and believing in me when no one else did. Great place.
