Hello,
I was very concerned today as I waited for the bus on 57th and 10th ave. There was a man yelling profanity at at woman from the detox center this afternoon. I have seen him yell and get very angry at people. It is very concerning and scary. I have even been on the M57 bus where the same person began yelling and cursing at people very loud. If I see him I try avoid the area , He just goes off and becomes excessively upset.
.How can this be resolved?
Please reply. Thank you
