I am the care taker to a loved one, and have found the staff at this facility to be very rude, over worked, and unprofessional. I would not recommend this as a place for care for any loved ones. This has been the case on many occasions over several months.

My very first visit! Staff extremely friendly... Willing to go far and beyond to assist you with anything you need! No matter what the circumstances may be! "Thank you" Alamo Area Recourse Center for helping to make a difference in the community and helping to change lives one patient at a time! Could not have done it without you! AWESOME!

I contacted Jeremy Lozano through a referral process and he was unfortunately not able to help me at AARC, but he DID go out of his way to research preventive medicine clinics that would take my insurance and provided me phone numbers and names of people I should contact. He went above and beyond his job and I am thankful for that. Additionally, he followed up a few days later to make sure I was able to get appointment with the resources he provided.

Very friendly staff who really seem to care about your wellbeing. Doctor and PA are both very knowledgable and non-judgemental.
